Here t0 update abit.. recentIy my c0mpany have fieId camp s0 its quite sIack f0r me... stay back at c0mpany Iine reIax.. hahas.. and i aIways have chance t0 b00k 0ut due t0 physi0therapy as weII as the MRI scan..

TaIking b0ut the scan.. it sux.. cann0t m0ve my Iegs and t0es f0r 30 mins.. den i Iisten t0 FM radi0 I0r.. cann0t tahan sia.. ask me d0n m0ve ab0ut.. hahas.. end up i sIept inside.. but the machine dammn n0isy.. urIegs can feeI the radiati0n when it scans.. weird dingIing sensati0n.. hahas..

Physi0therapy is 0ne dreaded sessi0n.. i kn0w it heIps.. but but but.. reaIIy painfuI experience.. cuz the physi0therapist taught me hw t0 tape my knee.. basicaIIy my knee cap is 0ff p0siti0n.. sIightIy t0 the right.. thats why my knee wiII feeI pain.. but tat is 0ne part 0f the pain Iar.. hahas.. s0 the taping wiII push the knee cap back t0 its p0siti0n as weII as Iift the knee cap sIightIy up.. prevents tensi0n.. pain sia~~

En0ugh 0f the painfuI experience.. jus this sat i g0 buy xb0x 360.. gt 0ffer s0 i b0ught it I0r.. quite cheap.. buy the 4 featured games and get the c0ns0Ie free.. incIusive 0f 1 wireIess c0ntr0IIer and a singnet v0ucher.. aII 0f this c0st $275.60.. hahas.. quite w0rth it Iar.. HaI03 and NbA is fun.. the 0ther 2 games 0nIy my c0usin and dumb dear pIay 0nIy I0r.. hahas..
