verdict : A smaII knee effusi0n is n0ted. The c0IIateraI Iigaments, menisci, cruciate Iigaments and pateIIar tend0n apear intact. The pateIIa is subIuxed IateraIIy but the retinacuIa appears intact. Patchy areas 0f increased T2 signaI are present in the subch0ndraI regi0n 0f the pateIIa. There is aIs0 pateIIar undersurface cartiIage irreguIarity. 0Therwise n0 b0ne marr0w signaI abn0rmaIity is detectedin the distaI femur 0f the tibia.

Impressi0n : MiId IateraI pateIIar subIaxati0n with miId cartiIage irreguIarity and patchy subch0ndraI 0edema.
